This guide is designed to assist the transition from agent.kunnect.com to ebswebagent.com as your Kunnect Web Agent portal.
Step 2
Select the three-dot […] menu on the far right of the omnibar, then select “Settings” on the bottom of the menu that appears.
Step 3
From the settings page, Select the “Default Browser” tab on the right, then under “Internet Explorer mode pages” select Add.
Step 4
In the popup “Add a page” enter the complete ebswebagent url. http://www.ebswebagent.com/Default.aspx then click “Add”
Step 5
Select “Internet Options” to the bottom of the “Internet Explorer mode pages”.
Step 6
You will be presented with the “Internet Properties” window. Navigate to the “Security” tab and select “Trusted Sites” with the Green Checkmark. Under Trusted Sites Select the “Sites” button.
Step 7
In the popup, add the ebswebagent url http://www.ebswebagent.com/ then click “Add”. Deselect the “Require server verification (https:) for all sites” checkbox the click “Close”.
Step 8
At this point we are on the home stretch. Navigate to the third tab on the top which is the “Privacy” tab. There we Deselect “Turn on Pop-up Blocker” and click “ok”.

You are now configured to utilize the Kunnect Webagent at http://www.ebswebagent.com/. Refresh your ebswebagent.com tab and your agent will be able to log in.
